Rick Nida

Rick, the CEO and co-founder of MA360i, brings over two decades of experience in the commercial healthcare and life sciences industry. In 2019, he established NGS Reimbursement Solutions, a boutique consulting firm, following a career spanning 14+ years in molecular diagnostic startups and consulting roles at renowned companies such as CareDx, Novartis Dx, Verinata Health, and Illumina.

With a strong foundation in molecular diagnostics and over a decade of experience in next-generation sequencing (NGS)–based diagnostics, Rick’s leadership at Illumina, where he established the Global Market Access team, was pivotal in helping clients overcome market access and reimbursement challenges across oncology, women’s health, and rare undiagnosed genetic disease markets. He is a frequent invited speaker at national conferences, sharing insights on the evolving landscape of molecular diagnostics, commercialization, coverage, evidence development, and reimbursement. This foundation underpins MA360i’s growth strategy consulting practice, where payer intelligence is embedded from the earliest stages of commercial planning.

Aruna Rajan

Aruna, the Chief Strategy Officer and co-founder of MA360i, brings two decades of strategic leadership to the healthcare and life sciences sector. Her career has been defined by translating complex market challenges into actionable solutions, delivering clear recommendations that move businesses forward.
Aruna began her consulting career at Scientia Advisors, supporting life science innovators with data-driven growth strategies. She went on to work within Illumina’s Market Insights group, where she drove market and competitive analyses that shaped strategy for senior leadership, marketing, investor relations, and sales. In 2020, she established Arogyam, a boutique strategy firm, deepening her focus on helping organizations make high-impact decisions and accelerate ROI through focused market assessments.
